Cancellation Policy

At Encore Creations Pvt Ltd, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which event bookings can be cancelled.

1. Cancellation by Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official email ID.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the timeline below:
- More than 30 days before the event: 50% of the remaining amount (excluding advance) will be refundable.
- Between 15 to 30 days before the event: 25% of the remaining amount will be refundable.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Encore Creations Pvt Ltd

In rare cases where we are unable to provide the agreed services due to reasons within our control, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.

3. Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs depending on vendor and logistical changes.

4. No-Show

If the client fails to attend or utilize the booked services on the scheduled date, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

5. Force Majeure

Encore Creations Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, rescheduling options will be provided. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting non-recoverable costs.
