1. Advance Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment.
- The advance amount is non-refundable as it is used for initial planning, blocking event dates, and vendor coordination.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will only be considered if Encore Creations Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons within our control.
- No refunds will be applicable once services have been fully or partially delivered.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Deductions
- Any third-party/vendor costs, administrative charges, or non-recoverable expenses incurred during the planning process will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after booking confirmation.
- Failure to utilize booked services.
- Any delays or cancellations caused by the client.
