Refund Policy

At Encore Creations Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality event management services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for payments made to us.

1. Advance Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment.
  • The advance amount is non-refundable as it is used for initial planning, blocking event dates, and vendor coordination.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will only be considered if Encore Creations Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons within our control.
  • No refunds will be applicable once services have been fully or partially delivered.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Deductions

  • Any third-party/vendor costs, administrative charges, or non-recoverable expenses incurred during the planning process will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after booking confirmation.
  • Failure to utilize booked services.
  • Any delays or cancellations caused by the client.
