What goes into planning an event like this?
The role of a corporate town hall
A well-planned town hall gives teams a shared setting for presentations, announcements and questions. The format can range from a leadership address to a multi-session programme with moderated discussions and employee participation.
What planners should consider
Audience capacity, seating layouts, presenter sightlines, audio clarity, presentation playback, registration flow and accessibility all influence the experience. Technical rehearsals and a clear run of show help reduce avoidable interruptions.
